Pain viennois
This little baguette is a light brioche bread, sweet and gourmand. Similar to the pain au lait, this bread comes from Vienna, as its name might suggest (same for “viennoiseries”), and was elaborated around 1840. Its fluffy crumb is perfect to spread butter and jam on. We mostly recommend it for kids. They love it!
